Michele Klink Yoga offers a variety of Yoga disciplines and teachings. Michele integrates 25 plus years of training and study.

Therapeutic-Oriented Yoga GENTLE

Class includes Restorative and Gentle Stretch Yoga postures as well as Strength and Stability focus.  Breath and meditation are taught throughout class.  The aim of this class is to do less with more refined awareness to the subtle and therapeutic benefits of Yoga.  Poses address flexibility, stability, core strength and improved postural understanding.  Poses are taught with optimal alignment and action providing improvement in the range of motion in the joints and assisting recovery from discomfort and imbalance. This class will move deeply with precise instruction and give you an opportunity to embody and feel the difference.

Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball Rolling

This empowering self-care therapeutic-focused class combines elements of yoga, corrective movement, and self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to de-stress, unlock myo-fascial restrictions and improve body awareness. The poses, sequences and routines identify and strengthen ‘body blind spots’ - areas of the body that are overused, underused or misused and are potential catalysts for pain and injury. This class leaves you balanced, integrated and living better in your body.  Attend class with a curiosity for anatomy, embody mapping, new perspectives, challenge, fun, mindfulness and deep relaxation.

Yoga Level 1 BASICS

Classes balance precise instruction, alignment with breath, and fluid movement. Classes are carefully themed to teach basics and deepen the experience of Yoga.  A flow of Sun Salutes and postures are skillfully sequenced, and modifications are used to individualize the practice for each student.  This class is ideal for those who want to learn the basic forms and build a strong foundation for a Yoga practice.  Or those who wish to keep a balanced, steady paced class.  Basic does not always mean easy, rest assured, this class is approachable for everyone at every level.

A flow of Sun Salutes and postures are skillfully sequenced, and modifications are used to individualize the practice for each student. Intermediate offers a strong foundation, to allow opportunity to push and explore the boundaries safely to new challenges.  This level begins to introduce more balancing poses, inversions and back-bends.

This vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and standing postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and ready to challenge yourself in mind-body-spirit.  After technique is studied and learned, then we can make more intricate shapes. This class is a space to move into more complexity and challenge in the poses.



Restorative Yoga, RELAX and RENEW, Yoga Nidra

This class is made up of only a few restorative poses, held for longer periods of time. Props will hold you up in deeply rejuvenating postures, leaving you feeling renewed and clear in your body, mind and heart.  Restorative Yoga is for our nervous system to calm, balance and reboot to healthy functioning. Everyone loves it AND needs it!
