I am here to guide you home to the vibrant stillness within, where breath becomes wisdom and movement becomes meaning.

With heart and presence, I offer a path that honors the body, calms the mind, and awakens the spirit. Through yoga in all its dimensions, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, we explore what it means to live fully, freely, and with deep intention.

For over 25 years, I have shared this sacred practice, weaving wisdom, healing, and joy into each breath, each pose, each moment. As a dedicated long time yoga teacher trainer and mentor, I have been guiding yoga instructors to refine their offerings for the ever-changing needs of communities they serve.

Specializing in trauma-informed therapeutic-focused yoga, I offer customized programs for high-stress populations including first responders. Working with Fire Departments since 2022, I bring extensive experience to support injury management and recovery, along with strength, resilience, and nervous system regulation.

Like the hummingbird, light, bright, and purposeful, I arrive with gifts of nectar: tiny truths and meaningful insights, to awaken your path and uplift your soul. This is not just yoga. This is your return to wholeness and arrive at the highest life fulfillment.
